Pickup Schedule Information: With the closing of mail order last year, I have officially “semi-retired”. What this means for you, my  loyal local customers, is that while I will try to keep a regular schedule of pickup and delivery when I can, there will be times when cannot guarantee a weekly pickup, especially during ski season, bike season, or boating season.   If timing of your repair is an issue, please contact me and we can discuss. I am happy to communicate about timing and options.  

COVID UPDATE: All items MUST BE LAUNDRED as in “smells like it came out of the wash, not washed and then worn a few times”. NO EXCEPTIONS. Items must also be bagged, and they will be quarantined for a few days before I work on them. In addition, my partner, Ramble Raven Gear Trader’s policy is “masks continue to be mandatory and full compliance will be strictly enforced”.

Clothing and sleeping bags MUST be laundered, not “I only wore it a few times” clean.

We do not work on shoes, backpacks, luggage, leather, canvas, large tents, safety rigging, or neoprene.

I will call you or invoice you for payment once the repair is complete and return it for pick up after payment is made. Turnaround is 2-3 weeks but may vary due to seasonal load.
